Quality Control Is Built Into the Process

A high-quality finish starts long before the coating is applied.

Blucoat has invested in equipment and testing capabilities that allow us to monitor critical factors throughout the preparation, application, and curing processes. Our chemical wash system is controlled with state-of-the-art equipment, and we verify conditions through daily manual titration, pH testing, and TDS testing.

We also have in-house capabilities for testing and documenting coating performance, including:

• Blast-profile measurements

Blucoat has also completed testing for AAMA 2605 certification and is currently awaiting the results, with more certification applications planned.
